1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LPK44. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and LPK44 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the LPK44 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the LPK44 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the LPK44 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not residing in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is legally prohibited.
• Never previously been suspended or banned from using the LPK44 platform.
• Register under your own name only, and not on behalf of any other party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

LPK44 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If user is found not to meet these eligibility requirements, the account will be terminated and the balance may be frozen pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at LPK44. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email, or address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• Keep your account information up to date if any changes occur.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify LPK44 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

LPK44 will not be liable for any losses arising from third-party use of your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

LPK44 supports a variety of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and Visa/Mastercard credit debit cards. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum Deposit: Each deposit must meet the minimum amount set for the chosen payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Each withdrawal request must meet the minimum amount set by the platform.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for standard methods. Processing time may be longer for accounts requiring additional review.

All deposits must be made using a method registered under the same user's name. LPK44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and reserves the right to reject or return any payment that does not comply with this requirement.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rolovers

LPK44 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to terms and rollover requirements clearly stated in each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts that meet the specified minimum requirements.
• Rollover requirements must be fulfilled before any balance derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• LPK44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through suspicious means or in violation of the terms of use.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new user.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage from the bonus structure (bonus abuse) is prohibited and may result in account closure.

6 Game Rules

The LPK44 platform offers a wide variety of games including slot games, Live Casino, sports betting, and table games. All games on LPK44 use a random number generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified to ensure fairness.

Users agree to comply with the following rules when playing games on LPK44:

• Only bet with funds that have been legitimately credited to your LPK44 account.
• Not using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Not attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or errors in the games. Any winnings obtained through such means will not be paid out.
• Accept that game outcomes are final and non-disputable unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

For sports betting, LPK44 reserves the right to void bets if a match is cancelled, postponed, or if there is evidence indicating match manipulation. Refunds will be credited to the user's account within a reasonable timeframe.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the LPK44 platform. Any violation may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action:

• Identity fraud or registering using false information.
• Money laundering or using funds from unauthorized sources.
• Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the platform's operations.
• Using multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits or circumvent limits.
• Player collusion in casino or poker games.
• Publishing or sharing offensive, obscene, or illegal content through the platform's communication channels.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

LPK44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if:

• The user has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity detected on the account.
• The user failed to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the LPK44 support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements will be voided and any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance review.

For users who close their account for responsible gambling reasons, LPK44's self-exclusion program offers options to limit or fully restrict access for specified period.

9 Liability Limits

LPK44 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption. However, LPK44 will not be held liable for:

• Losses resulting from service disruptions, temporary outages, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by the user.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Errors information provided by third-party data providers.

In all circumstances, LPK44's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
